Please read this policy carefully. This is the Refund Policy of Akron Strength & Wellness, LLC.
Digital products & Online Training Programs
There are no refunds issued for digital products.
We recommend contacting us if you have any questions before you purchase or for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
In-Person Coaching & Coaching Calls
Consistency is the #1 factor to your success as a coaching client. Much like your internet or cable bill, your In-person coaching is a service subscription. If you miss sessions, we will do the best we can to reschedule with you within the constraints of our coaching schedule, but if sessions cannot be made up before the end of the 4-week program, they will not rollover or be refunded.
There are absolutely no refunds on In-Person Coaching and Coaching Calls that have already taken place because once we spend our time with you, we can’t get it back. We cannot guarantee results in a coaching or consulting relationship because results depend on your openness to being coached and your willingness to do the work.
- Vacations for In-Person Clients
Though you may go on vacation, your goals do not! We will provide you with workouts you can do wherever you go! You will be charged a HOLDING FEE that will cover the programming of these workouts, check-ins and the hold on your time slots in our in-person coaching schedules.
This HOLDING FEE will be equal to 75% of the cost of the missed sessions as a prorated rate.
- Illness/Injury for In-Person Clients
If you become ill or injured for an extended period of time, please contact us to put a medical hold on your training. We will require you to include a doctor’s note to hold your subscription.
- Payments and Missed Calls or In-Person Sessions
Upon providing deposit or full program payment you are authorizing Akron Strength & Wellness to process your payment. Upon approval of your application, you are responsible for full payment of fees for the program. No refunds will be issued if you are accepted into the program and all installments must be paid on a timely basis.
Finally, a great deal of energy, time, thought and heart goes into preparing for and being present on our in-person sessions and calls together.
If you’re late for your appointment, you lose that time. If you don’t show, you’ll still be charged in full. In turn, we promise to honor our appointments as well.
Cancellation of the Program
If you are not completely satisfied with your investment and are on a payment plan, you may request we stop collecting on future payments. (It is rare, but it does happen that a coach and client may be ill-matched and it is best for both parties to go their separate ways.) If you no longer want to continue our coaching program, we require a written notice (sent through email) of cancellation no more than 5-days prior to the beginning of your next 4-weeks. Failure to issue timely notice will result in additional monthly draft/charges, which shall be nonrefundable.
A Note on Payment Plans
If you invest with us for the minimum 3-month commitment payment plan and you decide to stay in the program, you are responsible for completing your monthly payments. If your credit card lapses, we will reach out to you and give you a 7-day grace period to send us your new information. If you do not get your information up-to-date during that grace period, program access will be suspended. If you aren’t able to bring your account into good standing within 7 days after that, then we will reluctantly be turning your details over to a collections agency for deliquent bills and terminate your next month’s program.
